A unique blend with a bit of sweetness. Coat 2 lbs. of vegetables with 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of vegetable rub. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place vegetables on pan place in oven and roast for 25-30 minutes and stir occasionally.
