A flavorful blend of citrusy lemon, bell peppers, spicy cayenne and herbs.
For Bread Dip: Mix 1 tablespoon of the Greek Bread Dipping Blend with ¼ cup of your favorite oil. Add 1 tablespoon of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve with fresh slices of warm crusty bread or rolls.
Salad dressing use 2/3 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard, and 1 tablespoon of Greek Dipping Blend. Whisk together. For best result let sit one hour before use.
Other uses: Toss the bread dip with olives, tomatoes, feta cheese and cucumbers for a delicious Greek Salad. Rub on fish or chicken before grilling or roasting.
Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, lemon peel, garlic, oregano, red bell pepper, red wine vinegar powder, marjoram, cayenne, crushed red pepper and parsley.
