A Mediterranean spice blend of nuts, sesame, spices and salt adds flavor and crunch wherever you use it.
Ingredients: Roasted Almonds, Roasted Hazelnuts, Toasted Sesame Seed, Toasted Coriander, Toasted Cumin, Kosher Salt
Dip pieces of flatbread into your favorite olive oil and then into the Dukkah. You can also toast or warm your favorite flatbread then lightly coat with your favorite olive oil and sprinkle with Dukkah.
Sprinkle Dukkah over cooked vegetables, salads, breads, potatoes, or meats.
Dukkah Vegetable Dip
1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 cup Dukkah
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and 1/2 cup Dukkah. Refrigerate to chill for at least an hour before serving.
