This blend is tangy, and offers the perfect balance of mustard flavor with background notes of sweet, salt and garlic.
Creole Mustard Sauce
2-3 tbsp Creole Mustard Seasoning
¾ cup Mayonnaise
½ tsp your favorite oil
Combine ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use as a sauce, dip, salad dressing, glaze or marinade.
Combine 3 tablespoons of Creole Mustard Seasoning with 2/3 cup Canola oil in a one gallon zip top bag and mix well. Add 2 sleeves of Saltine Crackers or an 11oz. box of Saltine Minis into bag and seal (leave air in bag). Shake bag until crackers are coated. Toss bag every 15 -30 minutes until mixture is absorbed.
Beef, Pork or Chicken
Season the outside of your favorite protein before grilling. Generously coat ribs, roast or brisket and let the meat rest for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight before smoking or grilling. Use 1 tablespoon of dry rub per pound.
