Our Mojo Seasoning is a citrus and garlic infused blend that will add both zip and flavor to pork, chicken or fish. You can sprinkle on just about anything but it really shines when used as a marinade.

MOJO Rub
Sprinkle generously over meat, poultry or fish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more to allow the seasoning to work its way into the meat before smoking or grilling.
MOJO Marinade / Sauce
Combine 1/2 cup sour orange juice (or 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/4 cup orange juice), 1/4 cup olive oil, and 2 teaspoons MOJO Seasoning. Use as marinade or table sauce. Perfect for fish tacos!
